Dr Roger saved my husband from back and neck pain he had suffered with for 10 years. He couldn’t even walk upright. He was 50 years old. After his surgery for both his back and neck he is a new man and enjoying life. There isn't enough words and great thoughts in this world to explain Dr . Roger's and his staff.... I have been with this office for many years . The doctor has done my surgeries and I am on cloud 9 . I will speak highly and recommend Dr. Roger to anyone . All it takes is a phone call and you will be satisfied. 

I came to see Dr. Roger as a consult for on-going problems. He was thorough in viewing my CT Scan with me showing me different things. The tests he ordered were tests that no one has yet to order. He was polite, friendly, professional and in my opinion would be a great person to know even outside of the office. I highly recommend him. I was referred by a current patient.

Dr. Roger and his office is the epitome of what the gold standard should be when it comes to patient focused care. I went to Dr. Roger for a second opinion and he clarified concerns in minutes while I was still waiting for months to hear back from the other “chop shop” type of provider. Other offices have you waiting for hours and only see you for seconds. Dr. Roger is opposite. I wait an average of 10 minutes and he last saw me for almost an hour. His bedside manner is hands down the best and his staff especially Katie the surgical coordinator, provides top hat concierge type of service. My microdisectomy was flawless and I am finally pain free and on the mend. You’re making a mistake by going anywhere else. And if you do, at least have Dr. Roger give you his second and honest opinion, you’ll be glad you did!

Thank you Dr. Roger and staff! Cannot say enough great things about them! Always personable and kind. Saved me from excruciating lower back so bad I could barely walk longer than a minute. Had lower back L4, L5 to S1 fusion surgery in early January and i feel 100% better w no pain and was back to work by july/august. I will always suggest Dr. Roger to anyone who has back pain. I found Dr Roger via a friend who had a basically  freaking Miraculous outcome under his care,  not the best way to connect with a spine surgeon they say, but  boy am I ever glad I did. He has served me equally well, Twice! Dr Roger is Cleveland Clinic trained and my subsequent research led me to believe that only the brightest and best are accepted into their training programs. Besides his apparent skill, the man (and Every Single Person in his office) is personable, pleasant, patient and above all, Kind. Everything is very carefully explained and you feel that these people actually and sincerely Care about you. These are traits folks experiencing unbearable pain and life altering disability not only appreciate but Need. He  relieved the agony I honestly could not have lived with much longer and pretty much restored my faith in Western spinal medicine.

The experience I have had with Dr. Roger and his staff is as good as it gets. I've had several major surgeries as extensive as a partial colectomy, MCL/ACL reconstruction due to a major accident and atotal hip replacement with other surgeons. I can honestly say that I have never felt as comfortable and stress free for a major surgery with any other doctor/surgeon than I have had with Dr. Roger. His confidence level coming in the operating room prior to being put under anesthesia made me feel so at ease.
