Dr. Roger completed a 2-year fellowship in Spinal Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Spine Institute. Dr. Roger was trained at the Montreal Neurological Institute. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada, for which he is board certified in Neurosurgery.
His clinical practice is focused on spinal diseases of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar regions. He has special expertise in complicated Redo spinal reconstruction surgery and advanced spinal instrumentation.
Dr. Roger's research interests include tracking patient outcomes for both surgical and non-surgical treatment modalities. He previously taught and trained neurosurgery residents and medical students as an Associate Professor at The State University of New York at Buffalo.
