"My wife had so much back pain and was pushed around by another major neurosurgery facility in the area. They refused to listen to her when the pain got worse and refused to redo imaging. Finally after getting our primary to agree to put in an auth for imaging and getting it, we decided to get a second opinion. Our appointment was with PA Neal. He was great, explained everything in depth on what’s causing her pain, conservative treatment options and surgery options. Due to the extent of her situation, surgery was the best option. He explained everything in detail and that it would just be him and Dr. Roger doing it. Then Dr. Roger came in after that and explained everything again to make sure we were aware of everything. After surgery they were very attentive to her needs and questions, on call was very quick to answer and spoke directly with Neal. Office staff was great handling questions, med questions, medical complication questions, etc. Just over 3 weeks later, my wife is healed and back to work with hardly any pain.
